Smithfield Community Park TRACK Trail Grand Opening

Despite the rising temperatures, three dozen visitors to Smithfield Community Park enjoyed the TRACK Trail grand opening on Friday. The grand opening included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a guided walk, and play time with bubbles and sidewalk chalk.
