#ThankfulThursday - America's Public Lands
This #ThankfulThursday, we want to recognize our partners in the National Park Service and other partners within the U.S. Department of Interior and U.S. Department of Agriculture. America's public lands are the crown jewels of our country. Made up of renowned national parks, forests, wildlife refuges, conservation areas, scenic rivers, marine monuments, historic sites, battlefields, and wildernesses, public lands cover hundreds of millions of acres across the nation. The people in the U.S. Department of Interior and the Department of Agriculture work hard to protect these lands so that current and future generations can experience these natural and cultural treasures for years to come.
